Sacred Haridra Usage

Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with meals. 

If taking twice a day we recommend spacing 8-12 hours apart between servings.

Do not use this product during pregnancy or while lactating. If you have a medical condition or are taking medications, please consult with your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Use as directed. Store in a cool, dry location. Some separation may occur, but this does not impact the quality of the product.
