Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart before payment is made. Rates are subject to weight and size of order as well as the speed of the shipping option chosen.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current crisis, there may be some delays in shipping and delivery. International orders are not guaranteed as we have no information on other countries’ postal statuses at this time. Please check with your country’s postal service prior to placing an order.

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Domestic Orders

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We offer a free, first class, domestic shipping option for orders of Authentic Shilajit™ only. Due to weight limits we do not offer a free shipping option on our other products. 

International Orders

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Lotus Blooming Herbs is not responsible for any delays, taxes, seizures or duties that may result because of a country’s Customs and/or import regulations. International customers are responsible for knowing the laws and regulations of their country concerning import of dietary supplements.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to be happy with the products that you have spent your hard earned money on. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with the reason you are dissatisfied and you can return your items for a full refund minus shipping charges and a $2.00 restocking fee.

Does Route+ cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route+, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.
