We just love when our customers create delicious recipes with our products. While Chyawanprash is traditionally taken on its own first thing in the morning, it can still be enjoyed in a number of ways like with our Ayurvedic Chyawanprash Chai recipe.
Pastry Chef and Food Photographer, Dora Cavallo (@mgracebakeshop) created this beautiful recipe and shared it with us and we are just loving it! Her chocolate coconut almond butter recipe contains a variety of healthy Ayurveda ingredients including dark cocoa, dates and our Authentic Chyawanprash. It's such a great way to upgrade a classic almond butter and we can't wait for you to try it!
CHOCOLATE COCONUT ALMOND BUTTER RECIPE
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa
- 2 tablespoons Authentic Chyawanprash™
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 1-2 dates, depending on sweetness
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water, or more if you want it thinner
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.
