Juice Cleanse Recipes

Below are some organic full-body juice cleanse recipes that are a part of the complete Authentic Cleanse. Using a juicer of choice, prepare the following body cleanse recipes. You may store juice in containers unless it is a centrifugal juice which should be consumed immediately.

 

Lotus Green

  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 romaine stalks
  • 3 stalks kale
  • 2 stalk rainbow chard
  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 mint sprigs
  • 15 parsley sprigs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ lemon, squeezed

Garden Juice

  • ½ bulb fennel
  • 15 parsley sprigs
  • 10 mint sprigs
  • 2 green apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
Delhi Punch
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1” ginger
  • 1” turmeric rhizome (root)
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • ½ lemon
Bombay Dream
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 3 oranges
  • ½ lemon
  • 1” ginger
  • 1” turmeric rhizome (root)
  • Pinch pink Salt
Sattva
  • 10 cilantro sprigs
  • 15 parsley sprigs
  • Bunch spinach leaves
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 2 romaine stalks
  • 1 Tbsp chlorella
Blooming Mylk
  • Use almond or coconut water as a base to blend in:
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 rice grain sized piece of Authentic Shilajit™
Lakshmi
  • Blend in a blender:
  • 1 mango (peeled, pitted, and diced)
  • 6 oz kefir of choice (yogurt or coconut—thick)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 rice grain sized piece of Authentic Shilajit™
